BETA GEL is DMK’s signature formula suitable for most skin conditions, including; acne, poor immunity, premature aging and scarring. Beta Gel is designed to address reactive, irritated or inflamed skin. Beta Gel is excellent in the treatment of skin disorders and removing fine lines and wrinkles but in the promotion of wound healing and reduction in scaring following surgical procedures.
DIAGNOSTIC:
Beta Gel can be used on a wide variety of skin conditions including acne, congestion and Rosacea, aging, sun-damaged, red reactive skin, skin that needs healing and in any skin that needs revising back into a healthy state.
It has been particularly successful on traumatized skin, sutures and staples and in treatments for pre and post-operative clients.
Smokers, slow healers and skins suffering from environmental damage, eczema or psoriasis also benefit.
FUNCTION:
The key ingredients of Beta Gel stimulate the Langerhans cells (the skin’s inbuilt immune system) to activate the macrophages (white blood cells which fight invaders) within the dermis. Once activated, the macrophages release a series of compounds that stimulate the fibroblast cells to produce collagen and elastin.
HOME USE:
1. Apply to clean skin. Can be applied directly on sutures or wounds.
2. Follow with DMK Skincare™ serums, oils and transepidermal crèmes.
NOTE: Beta Gel has excellent results when applied in combination with Direct Delivery Vitamin C.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
Betaglucan – Protects and repairs the immune function and stimulates Langerhans cells to reduce swelling, redness and inflammation and promotes healing.
Witch Hazel – Soothes and relieves the pain of irritated or inflamed conditions.
Palmitoyl Oligopeptide – Stimulate skin matrix replenishment via topical application, leading to wrinkle reduction, skin firming and other benefits.
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 – Works by reducing the production of Interleukin-6, a molecule that promotes inflammation, which, in turn, leads to faster degradation of the skin matrix and thus contributes to the development of wrinkles and loss of skin firmness and elasticity.
Turmeric Extract – Boosts immune responses in the skin.
Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate – A stabilized source of vitamin C which helps to strengthen and repair the skin.
Safflower Oil – Anantioxidant rich in vitamin A, helps to treat damage and inflammation. Reduces the appearance of wrinkles by smoothing and hydrating the skin.
Tocopherol – A natural vitamin E which accumulates in the epidermis and forms a barrier against moisture evaporation.
