Everything you need to know before your Beauty Pro NYC appointment, including booking, deposits, payments, financing, forms, arrival information and rescheduling.
Booking Your Appointment at Beauty Pro NYC
Beauty Pro NYC is open by appointment only. Same-day appointments are often possible when we have an opening, but we do not accept walk-ins.
Once you choose your treatment and preferred time, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Most appointments are secured with a deposit, while some may be paid or financed in full. Your appointment is officially confirmed once the required payment is received and your booking is entered into our schedule. You’ll then receive an email confirmation.
Consultations & Photo Evaluation
Not sure which treatment or amount is right for you? We’re happy to help.
Online and video consultations are complimentary. Private in-person consultations are $50, paid in advance, and the $50 is applied toward your treatment if you decide to proceed.
For treatments where the amount depends on your anatomy, we may ask for photos so our medical specialist can provide a recommendation. If you already know what you would like to book, a preliminary photo evaluation is not always necessary.
Pre-Appointment Forms & ID
For BBL treatments, Face Balancing, Advanced Aesthetic treatments, Hair Restoration and Intimate Aesthetics, we’ll send you one electronic pre-appointment form after booking. It includes the medical information, treatment acknowledgments and consent information needed for your visit, along with a government-issued photo ID upload.
We recommend completing the form at least 24 hours before your appointment so everything is ready when you arrive. If it hasn’t been completed yet, our team may reach out to you. The form simply needs to be completed before treatment can begin.
Standard medical intake and ID upload are not routinely required for Skin Treatments, Body Contouring, Wellness or Massage services.
Deposits & Rescheduling
A deposit is required for most appointments and will be applied toward your treatment balance.
Deposits are typically 20–30% of the treatment price, although some services may have a set deposit amount. Your deposit remains valid for 6 months.
We understand that plans can change. With at least 24 hours’ notice, we’re happy to help reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit to a new date. Cancellations made with proper notice may also be eligible for a refund.
For late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or missed appointments, the deposit may no longer be transferable or refundable.
To keep scheduling flexible for everyone, we generally allow up to 3 reschedules with proper notice. If you need to make another change after that, please contact us and we’ll help determine the best option for your booking.
If Beauty Pro NYC ever needs to change your appointment, there is no rescheduling fee to you. We’ll work with you to find another date and make sure your payment remains properly applied.
Payment Options
We offer several ways to pay so you can choose what works best for you:
- Cash
- Credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay
- Amazon Pay
- ACH or wire transfer
- Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna
- CareCredit
Your remaining balance is due by the time your treatment is provided unless the treatment has already been paid or financed in full.
Split Payments
Need to use more than one payment method? That’s okay. Split payments are welcome, and you may combine different accepted payment methods. Another person may also pay your deposit or treatment balance on your behalf.
Financing
Financing is available through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna and CareCredit, subject to approval by the financing provider.
If you plan to finance your treatment, we recommend arranging approval for the full eligible treatment amount before your appointment. This makes your visit smoother and helps avoid finding out on the day of treatment that the remaining balance was not approved.
ACH & Wire Payments
ACH payments generally take about 3–5 business days to settle. If you’re using ACH for an upcoming appointment, we recommend sending it about one week in advance so there is enough time for the payment to arrive and be verified.
For wire payments, please allow enough time for us to confirm receipt before your appointmen
The Day of Your Appointment
You’re welcome to arrive about 15 minutes early. If you’re running more than about 15 minutes late, just call or text us so we know you’re on the way.
Being late does not automatically mean your appointment is canceled. If there is still enough time to perform your treatment properly, we’ll do our best to keep your appointment. If not, we may need to help you choose another time.
Guests are generally welcome when appropriate. For longer medical-aesthetic appointments, we recommend avoiding bringing very young children when possible so you can relax and your provider can focus fully on your treatment.
Same-Day & Multiple Treatments
Looking for a same-day appointment? Contact us and we’ll let you know what is available.
Multiple services can sometimes be performed during the same visit. Whether treatments can be combined depends on the procedures, treatment areas and your medical history. Please let us know about previous fillers, injections, implants, surgery or other treatments in the same area so we can plan your visit appropriately.
Location & Parking
Beauty Pro NYC is conveniently located at 144 West 37th Street, New York, NY 10018, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Appointments are generally available between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the day’s schedule.
We’re within easy walking distance of several major subway and train stations:
- 34 St–Herald Sq — B, D, F, M, N, Q, R and W trains
- 34 St–Penn Station — 1, 2, 3, A, C and E trains
- Times Sq–42 St — 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W and S trains
- 42 St–Bryant Park / 5 Av — B, D, F, M and 7 trains
Penn Station is just a few blocks away, making us especially convenient for clients traveling by LIRR, NJ Transit or Amtrak. Bryant Park, Times Square and Herald Square are also within easy walking distance.
Grand Central Terminal is also nearby and easily accessible from our Midtown location, including via the 42nd Street subway connections.
If you’re driving, street-parking rules vary by day and location, so please follow posted NYC signs. Sunday street parking may be free where posted, Saturday parking is generally metered where applicable, and weekday street parking can be limited until later in the evening. Nearby parking garages are also available, and services such as SpotHero can be helpful.

For applicable medical and advanced treatments, photo ID helps us confirm your identity and maintain accurate patient, consent, treatment and payment records. We may also confirm your identity when you arrive.
